PRODUCT DISPATCH AND DELIVERIES POLICY

How soon can I expect to get my order?

Deliveries will be dispatched from Earp Distilling Co. within 10 working days of order and payment processing. Receipt of delivery to purchaser’s address is dependent on purchaser’s proximity to Earp Distilling Co. and may range from overnight to seven days. Aramex is used for all parcels, and tracking information will be sent via them once the item has been shipped.

Delivery dates or times indicated are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date or time. No time of the essence transaction will be considered unless agreed in writing by Earp Distilling Co. Earp Distilling Co. do not guarantee delivery on that date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery. 

What are your general terms and conditions?

At this stage, deliveries cannot be made anywhere outside of Australia.

Goods will NOT be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. 

Earp Distilling Co. must be notified of damage caused to goods during shipping. To investigate, please provide photo evidence that damage was caused during transit.

All attempts will be made to ship items in original packaging. There may be instances where the packaging can be damaged in transit. Minor labels markings or scuffing is impossible to avoid in every instance. If you require a product in pristine condition we recommend you visit a supplier directly or contact us directly via our contact page.

Do you offer refunds?

Earp Distilling Co. does not offer refunds for change of mind. We are however, happy to refund for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
