Our much loved No. 8 Dry Gin has also been aged for 2 years in casks which previously held Madeira wine. Like the Portside, the flavours of this gin have completely transformed. Once an herbal classically London style dry, this spirit is now spritzy, citrusy and sweet. The perfect gin for summer drinks.
