Earp Distilling Co. builds its menus around what's in season in the Newcastle / Hunter Valley region, and what flavours play well with our spirits.
Our Chef's Selection set menu is comprised of a selection from our seasonal a la carte menu, perfect for small groups including birthday parties, business meetings, showers and more.
Our Events Package suits mid to large size groups, and includes Banquet, Canapé and Corporate Catering dining options and drinks packages. Depending on your group size and event date, you may be sat in our Front Bar or Barrel Hall.

From bucks & hens parties, to special celebrations and team building, these hands-on classes will let you work with our expert team for an adventure in creating and understanding Australian craft spirits. Tailored for both seasoned enthusiasts and beginners, all of our experiences can be packaged with food and beverage options.

Blending Class
Highly Rated By Guests
Your group can blend their own bottles of Gin, Rum or Vodka. Pick your favourite distillates then combine them in a unique-to-you formula before hand labelling and bottling your blended spirit. Everyone will go home with at least 1 x 200ml bottle.

Great For Quick Visits
Sit down with one of our team members as we take you through the journey of our distillery in a flight of three spirits. Each person gets 3 x 15ml of Earp Distilling Co. spirits with Fever-Tree mixers and garnish, with the option to add extra flavours.

Non-Alcoholic Experience
A popular experience that takes the emphasis off drinking and puts it on education. Your group will go behind the scenes with our team to see where the distilling happens, learn about flavour and barrel aging, and get a holistic view of what Earp Distillery does.

Spirit School: Gin & Rum
Our Premium Experience
Become distiller for the day! Work in pairs at our mini-iStills to distil your own Gin or Rum. Taste, refine and cut while learning about the art and history of spirit making. Pick flavours personal to you and create a 500mL bottle for each person to take home.
