Boxes are dispatched on the 14th of February, April, June, August, October and December.
Memberships are subscription based. You will be billed immediately on sign up. New members may receive a welcome box ahead of our scheduled dispatches depending on your sign up date. Billings will occur regularly on the 12th each February, April, June, August, October and December. Payments that cannot be processed by close of business AEST on the 13th cannot be guaranteed delivery. You may cancel, pause or skip a month of your membership at any time via you account page on our website or by contacting our team.
