The Koutetsu’s 10th Birthday brings award-winning producers and cocktail wizards together for a true local collaboration.
This unique gin showcases Asian-inspired flavours with wasabi heat, citrus zest, and earthy Szechuan pepper. Pickled ginger adds a sweet-spicy finish, while juniper provides a balanced, botanical backbone.
