A Spirited Evening for Two
Valentine's Day: Date & Create
Invite your someone special to a valentine's day Date & Create blending class at Earp Distillery. Explore, mix and taste with guidance from our distillers until you both decide on your perfect blend of flavours to combine in a single 500mL bottle of Gin, Rum or Vodka to take home. As you work, you'll be treated to a special Valentine's Day 3-course set menu served throughout the blending experience.
Looking for a dining-only option? You can book in for our set menu in the Earp Distillery Bar & Restaurant here. Please note that from 5pm, every table will automatically be opted in to our set menu. There will be no a la carte ordering in the evening.

The Koutetsu’s 10th Birthday brings award-winning producers and cocktail wizards together for a true local collaboration.
This unique gin showcases Asian-inspired flavours with wasabi heat, citrus zest, and earthy Szechuan pepper. Pickled ginger adds a sweet-spicy finish, while juniper provides a balanced, botanical backbone.
