Become Distiller For The Day
Spirit School
Our premium distillery experience. This is an immersive, hands-on experience where you take on the role of head distiller and craft your own bespoke bottle of either Gin or Rum. Under the guidance of our experts, you'll run your own miniature still, explore flavour development through guided 'cuts', and leave with a deeper understanding of distillation.

Join our expert team for a hands-on adventure in crafting your own custom spirits, tailored for both enthusiasts and beginners.
Start by choosing your base (Gin, Rum or Vodka) then sample, mix and try different flavour combinations using house-made distillates from our flavour library.
Each participant leaves with a beautifully crafted 200mL bottle of their own signature spirit

Cuisine Meets Chemistry
Blend & Dine Package
Begin your experience by crafting your own custom spirit in our immersive Blending Class, where you'll explore a range of botanicals and flavour profiles before blending your perfect drop using one of our base spirits gin, vodka, or rum. Once bottled, your bespoke 200ml creation is yours to take home.
As you blend, you'll have a selection of small items to snack on. Once the blending has concluded, you'll move into our main dining area where you can enjoy a set menu including fresh bread, your choice of one small and one large plate per person, served with sides.

Distill Together = Still Together
Blending Date Night
Two seats, one experience. The perfect for dates, double dates, or just a good excuse to catch up!
Handcraft a bespoke spirit using your choice of Gin, Vodka, or Rum. Together, you'll test flavour combinations before you agree on your final blend. Bottle your unique spirit and take home a shared 500ml keepsake, the perfect memento of your evening.
As you blend, snack on seasonal share plates. Enjoy starters, two small plates, one main dish and sides to share, finishing off with an indulgent dessert.
