Inspired by the enduring spirit of the intrepid traveller, our Navy Strength Portside Gin was crafted as a tribute to the ships and crews that brought our family to our harbour-side home. This robust gin carries the tradition of ‘gunpowder proof’ while maintaining an aromatic flavour profile highlighted by lemon myrtle, wattle seed and chamomile. Ahoy!

500ml Refill Pack

Refill packs comprise 2 x 250mL refill pouches made from PET (polyethelene terepthalate) which is inert at normal temperatures to ensure the spirit flavour is not affected. Each refill pack is 500mL designed to refill your signature ceramic Earp bottles. They are also perfect for camping, hiking, picnics or any situation where large ceramic/glass bottles are too heavy or could get damaged.

GIN MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Portside Gin
  • 10ml Dry Vermouth

METHOD

  1. Stir with ice for 20 seconds
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass
  3. Spritz a lemon peel over the finished product and place to perfection

NOTE: Add up to 20ml olive brine if you like it dirty. Gently shake with ice if the vermouth you're using saw Cathy Freeman win gold in 2000.

How will my order be shipped?

 

We ship our orders with Australia Post, with orders dispatched Monday and Thursday of each week. Due to current issues with delivery timeframes we no longer offer Express Shipping, ensuring you aren't disappointed due to possible delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

How is my order packed?

 

Here at Earp Distilling Co. we know how disappointing it can be to receive a package you've been hanging out for to open it and find it broken. We hand pack all of our orders with care and have taken extra effort to use recyclable, compostable and sustainable packaging wherever possible. If your product does arrive damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (make sure to include photos of the product and packaging) so we can best help you.

How can I check the status of my order?

 

You should receive an email notification once your order has been lodged with Australia Post. In this email you will find your tracking number, if you don't receive an order packed notification or can't locate your tracking number, please get in touch with us by email.
