Like many distilleries we started in light spirits while the darker side of things matured. Now we range a variety of rums aged to perfection in oak casks with particular character.

Aging our spirits in oak helps us control the flavour profiles and impart particular characteristics. Oak casks only allow oxygen in at a very slow rate, contributing qualities such as tannins imparted from the wood. Try our range to see how different casks effect the rum output!
