POLICY INFORMATION
ORDER CUT OFF TIMES & HANDLING
Orders placed during business days, prior to 12:00pm noon AEST will be consigned on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm or on weekends will be allotted to the following business day.
In most instances, our handling times are one (1) business day or less and should not impact your delivery times or estimations.
DELIVERY & TRANSIT TIMES
We work within the terms set by our local delivery partners, and are based on Metro areas. Please allow additional processing time for regional fulfilment.
- NSW & ACT: 2-3 Business Days
- VIC & QLD: 3-4 Business Days
- SA, NT, TAS, & WA: 5+ Business Days

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping is complimentary (free) for online orders totalling $150 or more. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of $10 is applied at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In general, we do not accept returns. For defective products or products damaged in transit, contact our team to discuss a replacement shipment. If you are local to our distillery, you can also bring your product into the bar during business hours to demonstrate the defect and process a replacement.
