INGREDIENTS: 45ml No. 8 Dry Gin, 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice, 20ml Ginger Syrup, 8 Basil Leaves

METHOD: Combine ingredients, shake, single strain into a rocks glass over ice and top with club soda. Garnish with basil.

METHOD: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, stir down to chill and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an olive or citrus twist.

INGREDIENTS: 45ml Reggie’s Rum, 20ml Earp Orancello, 15ml Ginger Syrup, 20ml Lemon Juice

METHOD: Combine ingredients, shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with dried lime.

METHOD: Combine ingredients in a beaker, stir down, and single strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange rind twist.

METHOD: Combine all ingredients in a tall glass or wine glass over plenty of ice. Top with soda. Garnish with lemon, cucumber and fresh mint.

METHOD: Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, rim a coupe glass with sugar. Strain, pour and garnish with an orange twist.
