Our Sicilian Olive Gin was born our of a collaboration with five star hotel Crystalbrook Kingsley in Newcastle.
We wanted to create the perfect spirit to mix into a dry olive martini. Each sip has a slightly salty, buttery mouthfeel and herbaceous spicy aromatics. We like it served with Fever Tree Elderflower tonic or turned into a classic martini.
