Our No. 8 Dry Gin has been aged for over 6 week in vintage Hunter Valley Fortified casks imparting a golden hue to the spirit and changing its profile entirely. Woody notes of whisky and rum can now be found in the nose and palate of this spirit, but it remains a true gin with its core botanical flavours actually having been enhanced.
BOTANICALS: Juniper, coriander, angelica root, wattle seed, orris root, chamomile and lemon myrtle intertwined with barrel oak
PROFILE: Orange and lemon myrtle blended with woody and slightly sweet dessert wine note
ABV: 41.5%

Why the new look?
Our distillery’s goal has always been to do things in the most sustainable way possible and these new labels are a part of our commitment to that. We’ve changed our glass bottle supplier and have moved to an all Aussie production chain. In doing so we needed a solution for paper labels and settled on a company operating out of SA who prioritises recycled materials. These new labels are not only beautiful and robust but are made from 30% post consumer recycled material (and we have plans to move to 100% recycled stock in the future!).
