Carrodise is back on Sunday, 25 January 2026 for a one-day summer festival hosted at Earp Distilling Co., celebrating the heart of the Newcastle community. Expect excellent festival food, multiple bars, shaded seating and a lineup packed with indie, coastal rock and summer energy. Carrodise is set to deliver the best parts of festival culture without the crowds or the price tag. Tickets are limited - secure yours early and make Carrodise your summer highlight.

Reserve a Table - Preshow Lunch!
Your Ticket Confirmation email includes a private table booking link for our Preshow Lunch in the 'Additional Information' section.
You and your crew will have the option for a special lunch seating starting between 11:30am and 12:30pm, finishing around 3:00pm. You'll be sat at a reserved table in the Barrel Hall where you can order as you go, or opt into our prepaid set menu ($40PP - includes Limoncello Spritz on arrival + Shared Menu)
All festival goers, regardless of reservation, can enjoy a special festival menu on offer all day, and our $12 Sunday Spritz menu pouring 12:00-3:00pm.

This event is currently 18+ only. ID will be checked at the gate for age verification.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event sells out. If the event reaches capacity, ticket holders may resell their ticket through our official resale process by emailing their booking confirmation to info@earpdistillingco.com. We will refund the original ticket once it has been reallocated to someone on the waitlist.
Private transfers between individuals are allowed. For entry, ID may be requested for age verification, but will not be checked against each ticket. Earp Distilling Co. takes no responsibility for tickets purchased privately. Only tickets transferred via the official process above are guaranteed to be valid for entry.
Please feel free to download our print-at-home gift template here. It should fit most standard envelopes and has instructions on how to get a good print.
When you receive your eTicket from Rezdy, your order you show a separate QR code for each participant. Simply send each member of your group a different QR code from the PDF (screenshots work great) and you can all arrive at different times.
Please note that once a ticket has been scanned and checked in, it can not be reactivated.
Carrodise proudly accepts Companion Cards. After purchasing a primary ticket, companion’s details can be added by contacting info@earpdistillingco.com or (02) 8317 5777 (weekdays). The venue offers level graded floors (no stairs), indoor seating, shaded areas, accessible facilities and multiple viewing options.
Due to recent changes in NSW legislation, venues that previously allowed animals can no longer welcome them indoors. Earp Distillery is a strictly pet-free venue. Service animals will always be welcome.
Only empty, non-metallic bottles will be allowed into the event. There will be free water refill stations inside for you to top up! No outside food or drink will be permitted within the event.
You can make a special event booking in our restaurant via the button higher up on this page. We will be offering a special Carrodise Preshow Lunch set menu and festival food a la carte ordering.
Leave the seating at home – we've got you covered! There will be shaded indoor seating in the Barrel Hall, with a live stream of the main stage playing all day.
The easiest way to get to Earp Distilling Co. in Carrington is via car. There is ample street parking, and room for front-door drop offs from rideshare apps like Uber and Didi. Please remember never to drink and drive. If you’re arriving via public transportation, the closest bus line is the 24, and the closest stop is on the corner of Bourke Street & Hargrave Street. Carrington is a wonderful neighborhood for cycling if you choose to arrive by bike.
