AGE RESTRICTION
Unless otherwise noted, all Earp Presents events are strictly 18+ only. Valid proof of age must be presented at the gate. No exceptions will be made.

ENTRY & RE-ENTRY
No passouts will be allowed. Once you leave the festival grounds, re-entry will not be permitted.

TICKET DELIVERY
All tickets purchased for this event are e-tickets and will be sent to the purchaser via email. You will need to present your e-ticket, including your full name and event specific QR code on entry.

TICKET POLICY - REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final. No refunds of tickets will be allowed under any circumstances.

TICKET POLICY - TRANSFERS
If you are unsure of who will be attending the festival with you, please use the details of the primary ticket holder as the contact for all tickets. The name on the ticket must match the name on the photo ID of the primary ticket holder when presented at the gate. ID will be checked against the ticket at the point of entry and all members of the ticket holder's party must enter at the same time.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY
The festival organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, intoxication, or non-compliance with festival policies. Please note that security will be present throughout this event and attendees may be subject to search on entry.

GENERAL POLICIES
The festival is a rain or shine event.
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, and professional recording equipment.
The festival organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Any form of harassment or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the festival grounds.

MEDICAL & SECURITY
Medical assistance and security personnel will be present throughout the festival. Attendees are encouraged to seek assistance if needed.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
The festival organisers reserve the right to make changes to the lineup, schedule, and any other aspect of the event without prior notice. In the unlikely event of a festival cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email and refunds will be issued in accordance with "Rezdy's" refund policy.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
While attending the event you agree not to record or transmit, nor aid in the recording or transmission of any reproductions of the event for advertising, commercial or editorial purposes. By attending the festival, you consent to being photographed and filmed. These materials may be used for promotional purposes in any medium or context without further authorisation or compensation. LIABILITY
Attendees participate at their own risk. The festival organisers, venue, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred. By purchasing a ticket and attending the festival, you agree to abide by all of the above terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY
Competitions run by Earp Distilling Co. are only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. In the case of Social Media giveaways, the winner must be following Earp Distilling Co. at the time of winner drawing and notification on the specified social media platform to qualify.

PRIZES
Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other experience, redeemed for cash, or rain-checked. Unless otherwise specified, prizes do not include travel or accommodation.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT & NOTIFICATION
Winners of any Earp Distilling Co. giveaways and competitions will be contacted by the distillery's marketing team via provided contact details. In the case of social media competitions, the winner will be announced on our Instagram and/or Facebook stories and notified via direct message from the official Earp Distilling Co. account only. Please note that winners will only ever be notified from official accounts and we will never ask you for personal information or payment. Earp Distilling Co. will make every effort to contact winners of competitions and giveaways but reserves the right to cancel or reallocate prizes if contact cannot be made in a timely manner.

PRIZE DELIVERY
The majority of Earp Distilling Co. prizes will be delivered electronically via email. Prizes will always be delivered to the winner in advance of any set event or experience dates. In the case of a physical prize, Earp Distilling Co. prefers winners to pick up prizes in person from our cellar door but can organise delivery in some instances with prior coordination with the giveaway winner. There may be delivery fees incurred.

AFFILIATION
Unless otherwise stated, Earp Distilling Co.'s competitions and giveaways are only affiliated with our brand. Any giveaways or competitions run on social media are not affiliated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook in anyway.

CANCELLATIONS
If a scheduled event or experience associated with a prize is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, our team will contact the winner to discuss next steps, further information, and alternative arrangements. If a prize winner is unable to attend the event or experience, the ability to reschedule will be at the distillery's discretion.
