Yes! The courtesy bus is free for Earp Distilling Co. customers. Bookings are required, and seats are subject to availability.
Our courtesy bus operates to and from set suburbs in a 10km radius of the distillery.
We only offer drop off and pick up from Adamstown, Hamilton, Honeysuckle, Jesmond, Lambton, Mayfield, Merewether, Newcastle CBD, and Shortland. You will need to nominate a specific address in these suburbs for pick up and drop off.
Customers can book a seat on the bus -
- Friday: 5:30 pm–9:30 pm (Dinner Service)
- Saturday: 11:30 am–2:30 pm and 5:00 pm–9:30 pm (Lunch & Dinner)
- Sunday: 11:30 am–2:30 pm (Lunch Service)

No, this shuttle service is not private - you may be sharing the ride with other patrons. Please remain respectful to all of our guests enjoying this complementary service, and to to the driver.
At this time, is a 2 guest minimum for all bookings.
There is a single bus doing a loop ever half hour. Your trip should take no more than 20min. Please be prompt about your pick up and drop off times so other customers are not impacted.
Unfortunately not at this time.
While there is no carseat provided, the driver is happy for parents to supply and install their own carseat for the ride. The carseat will need to be removed and stored between trips.
If you need to make changes or cancel your existing booking, please ring Earp Distilling Co. at (02) 8317 5777 as soon as possible so we can coordinate with the driver on your behalf. There is no penalty, but please give us as much notice as possible so no one misses out on a chance to ride.
The bus may arrive up to five minutes before or after your booked pickup time. If it's more than five minutes late, please call Earp Distilling Co. directly at (02) 8317 5777 and we'll coordinate with the driver.
