Our re-imagination of a classic aperitif with a distinctly Australian identity. Starting with locally grown Moro Blood Oranges, this sipping-style aperitivo has been distilled on a brandy base, and layered with native botanicals for a bright, creative sip that is unmistakably Australian.

ABV: 25%
NOSE: Soft orange citrus, ripe fruit and subtle spice
PALATE: Citrus and aromatic botanical spice, lifted by Tasman Pepper Leaf, Wattle Seed & Aniseed Myrtle
SERVING SUGGESTION: Neat or over ice as a traditional palate cleanser. With soda and Prosecco in a spritz. As a bitter substitute in a negroni with gin and vermouth.
