Created from reclaimed, local organic cherries, originally marked for waste. These cherries had their best elements extracted and blended into our secret rum recipe. Cheers to cherries!

ABV: 40%
NOSE: Full on, bursting with berry scents & oaky undertones
PALATE: Each sip is thick with black cherry flavour. An earthy dry mouthfeel, notes of red stone fruits, honey and cinnamon with a caramel finish. 
SERVING SUGGESTION: Neat or Over Ice
