Davidsonia Jerseyana (Davidson Plum) is native to subtropical parts of Northern NSW. Currently endangered in the wild, native plant nurseries require investment to help maintain cultivation and secure the ongoing growth of this delicious fruit.

ABV: 40%
NOSE:  Soft orchard notes, ripe fruit skins and plum scents 
PALATE: Pleasant blends of classic plum tartness and a remarkably sharp sourness that dances with the base rum's classic sweetness. 
SERVING SUGGESTION: Best neat or with ice.  Cut with Lemonade to enhance the spirit’s natural sweetness.
