AO-0012 showcases the intense flavours that the charring of the oak promotes. Rich aromas ignite the senses with fortified sugary fruits blended with subtle caramels. A full bodied palate of sweet vanilla, fortified grapes and subtle toffees are surrounded by candied top notes and are finished with sherried oak. A delicately expressive rum reminiscent of a lowland sherry malt.
