When you have a supple canvas like Just Juniper to start with, you can really make something exciting. We took the same berries we use for our multi-award winning Just Juniper gin and worked with the BBQ masters at MEET restaurant Newcastle to smoke them over charcoal and ironbark. This delicate process allows the flavours of the botanical to intertwine with the aromas of the timbers to create a subtle yet vibrant gin.
