Welcome to our next generation twist on this ever mysterious spirit. While you won’t be seeing any fairies, you might be seeing sparkles when you realise how delightful this drop can be! Combined with a traditional body of wormwood, star anise, and fennel our take on this spirit includes a lemon peel and cinnamon for a velvety finish. Best served with sugar water in a modern version of the sugar cube drip.
