POURS IN THE PORT 2025
By purchasing a ticket to Pours in the Port, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Ticketing & Refund Policy
All tickets are non-refundable, except in the case that the event is postponed or cancelled by the organisers.
If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain. Any tickets found to have been resold may be cancelled without refund and the ticket holder refused entry.
Licensing & Responsible Service of Alcohol
Pours in the Port is an all-ages event; however, you must be 18+ to consume alcohol. Valid proof of age ID must be presented upon request.
All participating venues are licensed and operate under strict Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws.
Underage guests must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while inside licensed venues. Venues reserve the right to refuse entry or remove unaccompanied minors.
Attendees who show signs of excessive intoxication or antisocial behaviour will be;
Refused service of alcohol
Asked to leave the venue
Refused entry to any further venues on the event walk
Organisers and venues reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person who is intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or breaching venue policies.
Entry & Wristbands
Upon check-in, all ticket holders will be issued a wristband. This wristband must be worn at all times throughout the event to access participating venues and experiences.
Damaged or lost wristbands will not be reissued. Treat your wristband like a ticket or cash.
Venue Capacity & Access
Entry to individual venues is subject to capacity. If a venue reaches its capacity, access will be on a "one in, one out" basis.
Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to:
Make changes to the event program, venues, or lineup without notice.
Relocate, reschedule, or cancel the event due to weather conditions, public health advice, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Any major updates will be communicated via email and official event channels.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
Discriminatory, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff, performers, venue staff, or other patrons will not be tolerated and may result in ejection without refund.
Photography & Media
By attending Pours in the Port, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images or recordings may be used by the organisers for marketing and promotional purposes.
Liability
Attendees participate in Pours in the Port at their own risk.
The organisers and participating venues are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event.
Privacy
Personal information collected at ticket purchase will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and will only be used for event-related communications unless you have opted in to receive further updates
